Today in Human Geography class we watched a video and took notes. We all watched a video together about a man who was a college teacher for the subject Global Health. The man showed us a demographic chart which has an X-axis of wealth and a Y-axis of life expectancy. There were different colored dots that would represent different countries. The bigger the dots were the more populated that country was. He would fast forward through time and the dots would move up and down, back and forth through the chart. He pointed out that all the African countries weren't moving up or across as fast as the rest of the counties. The one year in Africa they broke free and had a revolution and they had a big boom in health and wealth. The African countries started catching up with the rest of the world.
